Elias Grau is a German designer working between New York and Hamburg whose practice spans product, furniture, branding, and communication design. He explores how design can shape cultural experiences and connect objects, spaces, and visual narratives. Drawing from a background that bridges industrial and graphic design, his work includes brand identities and campaigns for Berrendo Energy, Singbird, and Dibbern, as well as 3D and industrial design collaborations across art, fashion, and spatial contexts. Since moving to New York in 2019, Elias has worked as a graphic designer at the SoHo-based agency Nowadays on campaigns for PUMA Basketball and as Design Assistant to Jonathan Olivares, SVP of Design at Knoll, contributing to furniture and spatial projects for international clients.
